Default Cornwall or Wales? (was England: Guided versus self-guided?)

What does Cornwall have in the way of castles? I just got back from
Wales and saw a ton of them. If this is peculiar to Wales, what is
peculiar to Cornwall?

Following up to Dan Stephenson

Wales is *much* better for castles than Cornwall. The thing I
like best in Cornwall is the atmosphere of the pubs and the
coastal path. This is less tangible than a castle of course.
