and you may be able to narrow your search there.

If you are looking for a private house/ apartment etc,
so just something instead of a hotel/ motel, check out
vacation 'rentals by owner', like vrbo.com or cyberrentals.com
They have in the 30's I think.
If you are looking to deal with a local agency acting for home owners,
they too advertise on vrbo, cyberrentals, homeaway, weneedavacation,
etc. they often mark it if they are the owner or an agency.
Another way to find them might be the yellow pages on the net for
businesses ( never done this myself though)
