Default AC pilots nix new aircraft

Contrary to a recommendation from their union, Air Canada pilots
have voted against a purchase of 18 Boeing 777s and 14 Boeing 787s
(another 64 aircraft were on option).
Some pilots were not satisfied with proposed conditions for flying
these planes, new to the AC fleet.
Air Canada may look in the used aircraft market for aircraft such as
the 767 which are covered by the current union contract.
