This was in the Wall Street journal today

Average Price of a pot of (English) tea in Luxury hotels
for each city listed

Bruxelles 3.45 euros
Frankfurt 3.90 euros
Singapore 4.31 euros
Hong Kong 4.82 euros
Rome 6.00 euros
London 7.28 euros
Paris 7.50 euros
Tokyo 8.19 euros

I personally drink coffee.

Let's see here. London hotels are expensive, as everyone knows. London's
'luxury hotels' charge a lot for a pot of tea. My god, call out the
cavalry!

I guess that meant served polluted with milk or cream.
