Default 2 weeks holidays intitlement in the US versus 5 weeks in Europe?

Tony wrote in message :

As a matter of fact, up until the Gulf War, ALL major wars
fought by the USA in this century were started by Democrats:
Wilson for WWI, FDR for WWII, Truman for the Korean Conflict,
and Kennedy/Johnson for the Vietnam War.

And here someone might have thought that Germany started WWI,
Germany and Japan together started WWII, North Korea (with help
from Communist China) started the Korean Conflict, and North Vietnam
(with help from the Soviet Union) started the Vietnam War.

But, oh no, you say the *United States* started all these wars?

The Republicans have really rewritten all the history books, haven't they?
