Does Ryan permit anyone to use tickets, or do they need an ID that
matches the name on the ticket?

For selling tickets, you might want to consider rec.travel.marketplace...

I don't think anyone will be interested in buying your (Ryanair?) ticket,
unless you are willing to virtually give it away. Ryanair would demand
name-change fee of 25 euro plus the difference in the original fare and the
lowest fare available at the time of transfer. It would be cheaper to go and
buy a new ticket.

Ryanair don't issue paper tickets!! e-tickets are unuseable for any but the
original purchaser.
