Default Travel Insurance Worthwhile?

Travel insurance covers more than you might imagine. Ask the tourist
in Asia right now that has lost their passport, prescription medicine,
or their families cannot contact them. CSA Travel Insurance,
http://www.csatravelprotection.com provides emergency assistance for
these people. Baggage delays over the christmas holidays? The airplane
companies are providing minimal support. Travel Insurance is there to
help.

Even if you have personal medical coverage, credit card coverage, AAA,
etc. Travel Insurance will fill the cracks those leave and cover you
where they don't even begin to do so.

I've purchased travel insurance for my last two overseas vacations. Glad I
had no need to make a claim but also glad I was covered in the event of a
problem. They even take care of the huge expense and paperwork of getting
your body home if you die on your trip (not that you'd care, but your family
might).

One hint. If you go on a cruise, DON'T buy insurance from the cruise line.
If they go bankrupt (as has happened) their insurance is worthless. Get your
insurance from a reputable travel-insurance company.
