October is rainy season, while November is the start of the dry season.
Temperatures will be tropical.

If you aren't interested in the sex industry, there are much nicer
beaches in Thailand than Pattaya.

I do not suppose. Any prophet here? I can provide you with some statistics,
since Thailand is quite large, comes so:

North:

http://www.dmi.dk/dmi/index/verden/v...untry=Thailand

Center:

http://www.dmi.dk/dmi/index/verden/v...untry=Thailand

South:

http://www.dmi.dk/dmi/index/verden/v...untry=Thailand

On all 3 pages: scroll down! The variation from year to year is
significant.

Also where in pattaya is nice to go?(no gogo bars etc)

Nowhere I would know about. If you are not interested in gogo bars etc, I
see no reason for going to Pataya.
