Default Villa de Charme in Trevignano (Rome)

If you are looking for something special…

This delightful appartment is part of a villa "de charme" situated in
a large private property north of Rome in Etruscan area. A marvellous
hilltop position with virtually no construction in the eyesight. The
villa, built on one level, was just finished in the spring 2004.

One part is lived by the owner, a French woman currently working
abroad, while the opposite aisle is offered for vacation rental. A
Belgian Architect whose teacher studied with Gaudi contributed to the
rounded shapes and the colonial flavour characterizing the house.

The ceilings are an original combination of curves and chestnut wood
beams. A very suggestive and relaxing atmosphere. The entrance to the
appartment leads directly to a spacious and comfortably furnished
lounge with a large open fireplace. Each room, looking out on
beautiful panorama, has sliding doors, which open under a portico with
casual furniture and beautiful views as far as the horizon.

The appartment is composed of two double bedrooms, each one has a
dressing area, and a beautiful bathroom (one for each room) with
shower with a garden view. One of these rooms can easily be converted
into a studio, the appartment has its own telephone line/telephone
number. The living room has a dining area, fireplace, sofa, and,
opposite to the sliding door which opens under the portico, the
kitchen (small but fully equipped and furnished: cooker, small oven,
refrigerator, washing machine and BBQ), part of the living space.
