If it is inefficient I would not think it would be profitable. Do you
mean that it is purchased in an inefficient way (which I would agree
with) rather than sold in an inefficient way?

Also, I have never bought, nor do I remember seeing, a travel insurance
policy that covers only health. So the other part (about London) was
supposed to illustrate that the health part is a small piece of what you
buy travel insurance for. Missed that one, too (g).
