how can I get to Mosambique Island from Dar Es Salaam? How much the ticket
will cost?

Charter a dhow ! Of course, since dhows are extremely bad at sailing
upwind, you will have to make the trip from Dar to Mozambique between
October and April, when the monsoon winds blows down the coast from the
north east. You can then spend a few months on the Island, waiting until
the May to September period when this monsoon wind turns through 180° and
blows back up the coast, eventually pushing the dhow back toward Dar.
Considering the probability of the rotten and badly maintained rigging
breaking during a storm, or an error in navigation leaving you dying of
thirst in the calms zone, I will not provide any estimate of the duration
of the crossing. The bright side of it is that the ticket won't cost you
too much and you are in for a genuine east African adventure at sea !

Seriously, do yourself a favor and ask a travel agency in Dar Es Salam :
they will have information about the local flights that you won't find on
the international booking networks, they will know the ferry schedules and
they will know the fine print of all that.
