Strange experience on teh Carnival Legend
I became quite friendly with the last steward we had on the Sun Princess. He
was from the Phillipines and we talked extensively about his family and how he's managed to build them all a house for when they grow up. He said that it's a small sacrifice to be gone on the ship in order to educate his sons and to help them in the future. I liked his attitude. None of the "Poor me stuff". He has worked for Princess for several years and hopes to be retiring in the not-to-distant future. I enjoyed chatting with him. Lindsay Snumber wrote: The cabin stewards greet you ... ask for your needs ... and you never see them again until you need something ... and somehow they pop up ready to help ... the good ones anyway ... all I've had also ... Be seeing you In the Village Number 6 |
