from Hurghada to Kairo and back
Hi!
I plan to make a 2-day trip from Hurghada to Kairo in January. Any idea/recommendations hwo to get there ? Flight, Bus, Train, Taxi ? Cost ? Safety .... Accomodation in Kairo ? Any hints are appreciated. Regards Günter

I went from Cairo to Hurghada by plane. We bought a package, including
a wonderful hotel. Everything was quite cheap then (Dec 97) because tourists had disappeared after that terrorist attack that killed tourists in Luxor. My travel report is at http://www.geocities.com/adelaide.ge...t/eg_main.html You will find the name and contact info of the tour agency we used in Cairo. Regards, Maria
