Trans Labrador Highway
I am planning on driving Trans Labrador Highway this summer to Goose Bay,
then taking ferry to Cartwright and continuing on land via Red Bay to NFL. I searched the Web and I am mostly concerned about the trip being ruined by clouds of black flies and other bugs. What time would be the best for the trip in order to avoid being eaten alive? How about the second half of August, beginning of September? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
