Default Singapore - Riverside Bus Service

Hi,

I will be staying at Holiday Inn Atrium (Riverside). I believe the the
MRT station is quit far. Is there a bus stop near this hotel? If so,
will I get a bus from here to the various tourist spots?

Thanks.

We stayed there a couple of times, 2003(when it was the
Concorde) and 2006. There are bus stops within a few hundred
metres which connect to town. From memory the inbound stop
is in a different location to the return stop.

I don't remember the locations, but you can probably get
route maps if you google. We used the trains once we got
downtown.

IIRC the concierge had bus information.

While messing about with Google I came across this:

http://www.streetdirectory.com/travel/
"Welcome to Singapore Bus Guide & MRT Guide
Step by step travel directions by Bus, MRT or BUS/MRT"

I've not tried it, but you may find it useful.

There is a bus stop right beside the hotel, with direct buses to
Chinatown and Orchard Road. But no direct buses to other tourist spots
like sentosa, zoo, bird park.
