Group cruises are a great way to bring people together! Not only do you
have endless activities while on your cruise, you also receive greater
discounts from the cruise lines as a group!

A group consists of at least 15 "full fare" guests, or approximately 8
cabins. The 16th Passenger is Free! (3rd & 4th passengers in cabins are
not applicable for group discount). Once your group actually sails with
the required number of cabins, you will get your cruise for FREE!!

The more people you have in your group the more you will qualify to
receive additional amenities! For example, if you have a minimum of 50
guests booked in your party (certain cabin categories apply) you can
receive a complimentary cocktail party! Your group, with a minimum of
30 guests, can also qualify for its own agent escort or tour conductor!

If you would like to book meetings or seminars with the cruise lines,
most ships have large meeting rooms and audio visual equipment
available at no extra charge (most hotels charge extra for theses
items)! Also remember when taking a cruise, all of your food and
entertainment is included in the fare!

Even if you don't belong to a specific group or organization, you can
make up your own group! Here are some ideas for group cruises:

· Family and Friends
· Affinity Groups (clubs, churches, schools, social organizations,
etc.)
· Fund Raiser Groups for churches, school organizations, charities,
etc.
· Incentive Groups for sales organizations and more.

When you organize a group, as the group leader, you will be able to
offer your associates the lowest prices available AND travel free! All
it takes to earn 1 free berth (person) is 8 cabins booked at double
occupancy. If you have 16 cabins booked then you would earn 1 free
cabin (2 persons). Not including port charges, or items of a personal
nature.

All you have to do is promote the cruise. The Cruise Web does all the
work for you. Upon receipt of your cabin deposit (which will be
credited to your group payment) and our Group Contract, The Cruise Web
will provide the following:

* A The Cruise Web Group Coordinator will call you and develop a
custom proposal covering the itinerary, cost and all particulars
relating to the cruise or cruises that would best fit your needs.

* After you have selected the ship of your choice, The Cruise Web will
prepare a flyer created especially for your group featuring the
itinerary, prices per person by stateroom category, included features,
payment requirements, and cancellation policies.

* The Cruise Web will prepare an application form for you to
distribute with the flyer. Passengers can then mail or fax the
application directly to The Cruise Web for processing.

* Upon receipt of the deposit, The Cruise Web will send out and invoice
showing deposit paid and balance due. We will also send a welcome
letter, information on the cruise, a travel insurance form and our
special "What to Know Before You Go" brochure to all passengers.

* The Cruise Web will mail final documents directly to each passenger
approximately 2 weeks prior to sailing.

We look forward to helping you plan the best vacation of your life!
