Default Laos travelogue 2005-06 (long, very detailed)

See here the details of a very recent trip to the centre/north
(Vientiane, Phonsavan, Luang Prabang) and south of Laos (Pakse, Bolaven
plateau, 4000 islands region):

I'll upload the photos later. By the way, Laos is currently on a very
fast modernisation and development path. Quite a different country from
the one I visited five years ago.
