the Auditor-General of Canada, held a press conference on the subject!!
Quite apart from all the phony Canadian passports produced by the Israelis,

The US system is far more lax than the Canadian system, just do some
reading and find out what a cesspool of terrorism the US has become since
they allow thousands of people to walk into their country un challenged and
their passports are so easy to counterfeit that they are the first choice
of spies and criminals world wide.
