Yes, certainly in Germany and Italy.

There's an area in Italy where you can only hunt the wild boar with
'primitive weapons'.

Which is probably a sight more dangerous than eating the fish in
Kiev...


I believe you! (Although humans don't care to recognize the fact, pigs
are among the most intelligent of our four-footed "relatives", and IIRC,
wild pigs come equipped with rather formidable tusks!)
