Repression in Oaxaca, Mexico

To whom it may concern,

The illegitimate Mexican government headed by Felipe Calderon has
greenlighted Oaxaca's governor Ulises Ruiz's plan to use violent
repression against the people of Oaxaca this Monday, July 23. Ruiz has
already sent his police to savagely beat and arrest without a reason
tens of innocent people in Oaxaca. We fear many may day at the hands
of Ulises Ruiz's assassins with the complete knowledge and permission
of Felipe Calderon. We URGE you to PLEASE stop this. I repeat: we fear
Ulises Ruiz's police, assassins, and paramilitary, may kill, torture
and rape innocent people in Oaxaca, as well as people who have done
nothing but to participate in legitimate protests to defend their
rights.

In your hands is the fate and the lives of innocent people, as you may
very well be the only ones who can stop the Mexican government from
perpetrating this attack. PLEASE do something.
