Im curious what style Nalgene bottles you al prefer and
why? Do you like the hard Lexan plastic or softer white plastic? And what size is handiest? 32oz? And.... wide mouth or small mouth? |

Roughly the size of your bladder ... that way you don't over hydrate. Assuming your trip is one-bladder long. OK, water is heavy. Otherwise.... | And.... wide mouth or small mouth? As above ... match to size of own mouth. Small unless you're adding soup. Wide spills. Seriously, it doesn't really matter. A reasonable size is all you need, and hard or soft only matter if you are *very* limited on space (soft packs smaller). Also - you will pay a very substantial premium for Nalgene because of the brand name. Go to a dollar store (Buck or Two, Cheap as Chips, or whatever it's called where you are) and you will get something perfectly useable at a fraction of the cost - and who cares if it gets nicked or if you leave it in the dunny in Pleiku. |

actually a wide mouth is better if your using a water filter. Many of the
filters screw on to the wide mouth bottles. wrote in message ... Im curious what style Nalgene bottles you al prefer and why? Do you like the hard Lexan plastic or softer white plastic? And what size is handiest? 32oz? And.... wide mouth or small mouth? |
