I have to agree with the others - Don't do it. It's not worth it.
If you still intend to bring some aboard, this would be my thinking:

1) Most importantly, whatever you may have, make sure that it's gone
before the end of the cruise. They DO walk dogs through the bags and
will take them into passenger or crew areas if they feel there's
cause. I would also dispose of pipes or any other accoutrements that
might still contain traces which would be quickly be picked-up by the
dogs.

2) I've not been screened by dogs when boarding - although luggage
would be slightly more likely to be screened (it most definitely is
upon your return!) - so I would be more likely to carry it on my
person or in a carry-on. To be frank, they're mostly looking for booze
in the scanners.

3) Smoking onboard presents another problem. I would be very wary of
wafting scents being driven into the hall, when you open the door to
the balcony. I'd also be careful of your fellow cruisers in nearby
cabins. Since you're on the Oasis, realize that you've not only got to
be careful of smells coming from your balcony, but if you have a
Boardwalk or Central Park balcony, you'll be in full view of the
balconies across from you. If you have some baked goods, that would
solve the smoke problem.

4) Of course, if you're flying to FLL, that presents another set of
barriers. I would be wary of bringing any pot onboard the ship, but I
would never fly with it.

....and a medical marijuana card would be highly unlikely to impress
any US Customs agents.

Anecdotes:
Last year, on a Baltic cruise out of Copenhagen, I purchased a tiny
amount of pot in Christiana and snuck it aboard to enjoy on the
cruise. However, that was Copenhagen (and it was gone before we
docked). I would expect much more screening and more infrastructure to
support the drug patrolling at the Port Everglades facility in FLL.

On a gay charter cruise to Alaska in 2007, we saw some fellow
passengers being led off the ship in handcuffs, rumored for drugs.

A friend had security (I think it was RCI) come through his cabin and
examine everything (with dogs) before letting him off the ship a
couple of years ago. Luckily, they found nothing. FWIW, he's an
experienced cruiser with 20+ cruises under his belt, and not an
immediately "suspicious type."

Is it worth ruining your vacation, to say nothing of the possibility
of a serious conviction and expense?
