It is part of what I see as a change in direction for RTC which has been a Caribbean dominated newsgroup. The level of discussion here has been elevated away from "how good was the pizza" to matters more of concern including security, the business of the cruise industry, new ports of call etc. In short, imo, RTC finally has caught up with the state of the industry itself.
