Default Swiss goes Oneworld

This will be formally announced in about 10 minutes.

British Airways has done a 180° from a year ago when it rejected Swiss request
to join Oneworld. (seems that in the face of KLM joining Skyteam, BA would
slowly shrink itself out of existence if it didn't work to grow Oneworld).

Swiss would join Oneworld.

British Airways would take no equity into Swiss, Swiss would retain its independance

Swiss would sell landing slots at Heathrow. This would give Swiss the cash it
needs to survive and give BA what it wants.

The other option was a more or less direct takeover by Lufthansa, which would
have meant that Swiss would have lost its independance.
