check-outs will be assessed per hour charges to expedite the unit turnover

* No pets are allowed.
* A Visa or MasterCard authorization in the amount of $100 will be required
at time of check-in. If a credit card authorization is not
obtained, we will require a $100 cash deposit that will be returned within
15 days.
* Guests must be 25 years of age to check-in.
