Default Request forThailand Beaches

Hi,

In the past I have visited Thailand on several occasions, initially Phuket
then moving to Ko Samui to Krabi and Ko Lanta. However the last visit was 7
years ago and it seems that each one gets progressively over run.
So my question is "What are your recommendations?" We are not a young
couple, but in addition to the beaches and a spot of snorkelling we like to
be able to get around to some interesting places etc.
I have now booked for my wife and I to be in Thailand in early February
2008 -so we trust that the weather will be good

Many thanks

John
