Do what you were taught at school.
Put your hand up to find out.

Right. And if it's a Quarter Pounder, He's a MacDonald.

Looking at the photo (see Marcus Fox's link above) this seems to

Oh come on Bomber O'Warrenssen. Anyone with a degree in logic can
see he simply had too much haggis the night before.

??? But, but there IS no such thing as "too much haggis".

The late Gordon Brown (Scotland and the British Isles) was once asked by
a lady what was worn under the kilt.

He replied "Nothing, madam. It's all in perfect working order".

That's not real. Instead, it is an ass painted on his kilt to look real.
I hear it's the latest fashion rage in Japan.

Wrong question for the best answer. This is more properly formulated
as Queen Victoria asking
'Tell me, is anything worn under the kilt?'
and receiving the reply
'No, Ma'am, it's all in perfect working order'

Nothing - a quite famous photo taken here in HK during the rule of the
British shows this as a wind blew up a Scotchman's kilt during the flag
ceremony in the morning.

Scotchman's kilt.

They don't get to dictate what they're called in English. They can voice their
preference, but it is not incumbent upon other English speakers to comply.
They're Scotch, with no disrespect intended.
