any airports where you can connect to a train ?
I think from LGB, SNA, VNY, or BURm you can get bus connections to union station like to go from PHX to union staiion on AMTRAK and fly back JOHN -- JOHN 888-5-analon (888-526-2566) computers (unix admin), chemistry, and Freggs too I make it work. X-windows, not MSW ! |

Sea-Tac will connect to lightrail in December..........it also will

LHR, LGW, NCL, MAN, BRU, ZRH, AMS and GVA come readily to mind. The only ones I can think of in the USA are DCA, BWI and PHL. EWR claims that it is connected to a railway system but isn't. -- JohnT |

If I counted correctly, there are 9 airports in the UK where you can "walk" from the station to the airport and at least a further 4 where there is a dedidicated bus conection. When you consider that the UK does these things badly there is probably in excess of 50 airports in Europe with stations, so I can't understand the OP's scepticism Which continent are you on?
