Default any reasonable price for lodging in Seychelles?

I'm collecting information about lodging in Seychelles. But the `high'
price of lodging shocks me. Anyone who has been there has any
recommendation about lodging? My budget is between US70 and US80 per
night. Plus I am alone. With this budget, am I possible to find a
lodge? Please help me!

well...

i've been there in 1998 with my g/f but that time we had almost
unlimited budget... we stayed at a posh hotel bla bla bla but hotel
prices actually were a bit shocking anyways but it's worth it.

the best resource on accomodation adn other things i've found this far
was www.aspureasitgets.com maybe should take a look at it? from what
i've found this far i'd say it's rather impossible for 70-80usd budget
if it's possible you should try to expand it to 80-100usd. as i said
before it's worth it. actually the best holiday i ever had
praslin/digue is more expensive than mahe and guest houses are a bit
cheaper on mahe than on other islands.

hope some of this was useful.

actually we're going to seychelles with 2 kids (6mo and 2ys) in
february/march this time we don't jhave unlimited budget and probbly
staying in self catering chalets which would cost around 150usd per
day for all of us.

actually i'm looking for some information maybe previous experience
some of you might have on travelling with children in seychelles. or
maybe february/march is not the best time to go? any advice would be
great.

thx

marcic
