Looking for connections in Saskatoon

Coming to Saskatoon for the first time, late May - early June this
year (2004) & looking for groups who'll allow a middle-aged man from
Seattle to join in with them once or twice during this period.
Looking for a hiking club, a writers' group, & a group of drinking
buddies.

Hiking ? Is there hiking in Sask. ?? It would be a pretty boring hike
seeing as that the place is flat as a board...there are turns in the
highway just to keep people from falling asleep during a long drive...
