CSA Travel Protection Offers Free Hurricane Services To All Affected by
Isabel

SAN DIEGO, California - CSA Travel Protection today announced it will
provide a number of complimentary services to all travelers, travel agents,
property managers, real estate offices and other travel-related entities
that may be affected by Hurricane Isabel.

CSA is offering services such as emergency messaging for travelers plus
phone answering for real estate managers and property managers. CSA
originated and is the nation's leading provider of guest cancellation
insurance, which covers trip cancellation and interruption up to the cost of
the rental unit. Covered reasons include hurricane evacuation, sickness,
injury and more.

"Anyone impacted by Isabel can take advantage of the complimentary services
we are providing -- not just our policyholders or affiliated partners," said
Les Maine, President and Chief Executive Officer of CSA Travel Protection.
"We want to do our part to assist everyone affected by this potential
emergency."

Available via the toll-free numbers below or on www.csatravelprotection.com,
the free services are as follows:

* Updates and information regarding evacuation locations and places to stay.

* Updates and information related to highway and airport services closures.

* Emergency Message Service: For callers trying to reach someone outside the
hurricane area and cannot get through, CSA will try to reach their party to
deliver messages.

* Real Estate and Property Managers: Because their offices will likely
close, CSA's call center will provide an answering service on their behalf.
CSA will deliver any customized information they want guests to know.

* For CSA's insured policyholders, CSA Travel Protection Emergency
Assistance Services are available as always 24 hours a day, every day.

The toll-free phone numbers are as follows:

(800) 348-9505: For travelers seeking general information about Isabel;
vacationers seeking information about their destination covered by CSA guest
cancellation insurance; travelers seeking information on CSA Travel
Protection products.

(800) 493-5199: For CSA Affiliate Partners who want to take advantage of
CSA's complimentary hurricane services above.

(800) 554-4513: For non-CSA affiliates who want to take advantage of CSA's
complimentary hurricane services above.
