Default Traveling from Puerto Natales to El Chaltén

We plan to end our Chile tour in Puerto Natales and start the
Argentina tour from El Chaltén. Now I am wondering if the trip from
Puerto Natales to El Chaltén through El Calafate can be done in one
day. From what I read, the bus trip from Puerto Natales to El Calafate
takes some 5-6 hours and from Calafate to El Chaltén 4 hours, so at
least theoretically it should be possible if I leave early enough from
Puerto Natales?
Thank you,
Marius
