I had never heard of aircraft having to keep and 250 KIAS, or below, when below 10,000 ft. It's a Federal Air Regulation, specifically, FAR 91.117(a). |

It is marketed as a game for marketing and legal reasons. Certified simulations are generally no better than uncertified simulations, except for the _specific_ purposes for which they've been certified (which are often extremely narrow). |
