Default Mexican Riviera or Caribbean

I didn't find that to be true with any of my several Mexican Riviera cruises.
Yes, it can be nippy as you sail out of L.A. But as soon as you hit Mexico, I
find it to be very warm and humid; a tropical feeling. The water was also warm.
Believe me, I live up the coast in CA and that water down Mexico way is NOT
cold!

If I remember correctly, a gal who recently came back from her first cruise to
the Caribbean complained that it wasn't the BEST weather and was disappointed.
Go figure.

I'm trying to decide on a cruise destination. It will either be the
Mexican Riviera or The Caribbean. Any suggestions?

All things being equal (cost, distance to ship, etc.) I much prefer
the Caribbean to MexRiv. All things are not equal, of course. The
weather in the Caribbean is more predictable than MexRiv and the water
is always bathtub warm while MexRiv can be quite cold. If I were
living in the frozen midwest and looking to escape winter Carib would
put me in tropical heaven while MexRiv would put me in Pacific coastal
rainy, cold season.

YMMV, of course.
David
