with passports and manifests.


That's normally good advice, but the Philippines is in the last
century as far as making use of technology is concerned. It's fairly
unlikely their embassies have either the ability or resources to check
that visa applicant's tickets are actually valid.


Yes and no, not much in the way of resources is required,
and you don't want to risk getting on the International ****
list where you get the Full Monty inspection each time
you board.
