easyJet phone numbers (Was: Easyjet Confirmation Number/Booking Reference)
"David Johnstone" wrote
Hi Group, I recently booked a flight with Easyjet and in the confirmation email it says I need the "Confirmation Number" to check in. The only thing they sent though is a so-called "Booking Reference" which is not a number but rather a non-numeric (alphanumeric) string, a combination of letters and numbers. Is this what they mean by "Confirmation Number", or do I really need something else to check in? The question is not in the FAQ's (surprisingly), there is no phone number on the web site, and it says emails can take 12 working days to be answered which is too late! Thanks in advance, David easyJet's phone numbers ARE in the FAQ - there is a list of eleven, starting with UK 0871 7 500 100 (calls 10p/min within UK) Go to the Contact us link, and type "telephone number" into the box I appreciate this is too late for the OP but, got from him the impression that there was now no phone number. Fortunately it IS still possible to phone them. |
