New website seeking world travellers

We are lauching a new independent website called Worlds Revealed, and
are looking for people who want to contribute. The site is open
content, and provides a framework that allows anyone to contribute.
Although it is not intended to be a "travel guide", hopefully there
are people in this group who enjoy learning about new places and
cultures, as well as sharing what they already know. The ultimate
goal of the site is to become a reference of places and cultures of

It'll never get off the ground-too little too late.
The net is littered with the carcasses of 'open source' sites that
pruport to be somewhat about travel.
In fact they quickly become a forum for a few select spammers and the
webmaster loses interest.
Mark my words the whole thing is waste of time.
