I grabbed a Norway penthouse guarantee and even with the $99 pp
nonrefundable fee it was dirt cheap. Once they get your deposit,
they're unavailable. No service whatsoever.

I gave a certain ta all the information for a cruise, line, ship, date of
departure, dining time, and stateroom type. Sent deposit and was
confirmed.

Couple of months later asked for help to find a cruise that would work given
certain date perimeters. That ta suggested one cruise. The one suggested
cruise was out of the perimeters and I asked for other options. Never heard
from that ta again.

I could be wrong, I feel the first cruise was a slam dunk and that ta didn't
have do very much work. The second cruise request required research,
something I thought was a part of their job, and apparently that ta was too
busy or unwilling.

I'll go back to local people.
