Wellingtons battlefield at Assaye in India
ASSAYE
It'd be near Aurangabad. The site itself prolly is not much to see, but around Aurangabad are some of the best sights India has to offer: Ajanta, Ellora, and for your history minded friend, Daulatabad. In between Daulatabad and Ellora is the grave of aurangzeb, which your friend might like too. Aurangabad seems like a win-win for you both Getting the Fly into Mumbai, then there's a flight to Aurangabad, or take the train (about 7 hours). "Stephen" wrote in message ...
