Rental pre or post cruise in Fort Lauderdale?
Hi all
Just wondering if I should get a rental car while in Fort Lauderdale before or after our Princess Cruise this coming February. We will be staying at the Courtyard Fort Laudale Airport & Cruise Port. I do understand that they have a shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as Port Everglades. Please reply with an answer etiher way. Thanks Michael |

How long is your stay before and after? If its only a few hours I'd say no, but
if its an entire day then I'd say its worth it. Sue |

After spending a few days recently in FLL, I would say depending on your
length of stay, there are numerous things to do and see without renting a car. A wonderful bus system will take you almost anywhere ( seemed to run frequently ) Water shuttle will take you on the waterways ( which is a good way to see some of FLL) "Bisous3" wrote in message ... What sailing are you on? We're on the Caribbean Princess Feb 26th. For
one night you probably don't need a car. We went to FL 2 nights early the last cruise and still got along fine with our feet and the water taxi. Helen (Michael Graham) wrote in message . com... We stayed there the night before our Zuiderdam cruise last month, nice
place but the only place within walking distance is a fancy seafood restaurant and the sport fishing hall of fame, anything else will require a car or taxi. Next time we will probably stay at the Embassy Suites. "Michael Graham" wrote in message om...
