Default Celebrity Summit Specialty Restaurant Dates

My wife Barabara and I are going to be on the Summit on April 4th --
should be a great cruise!!-- one question, though --- we would like to
make reservations for one or two nights at the Normandie Restaurant. W
While I appreciate that such answers are necessarily subjective, what
nights would you recommend that we book ---- i.e. is there, in your
opinion, a night on this cruise where the food is rather ordinary, and
a good day to make this reservation?? Thanks in advance.

I haven't been on the Summit, but I've eaten three times at the United
States restaurant on the Infinity, and I wouldn't say that one night
was better or worse.

What you should watch out for is your own schedule - if you are
planning a strenuous day, or have to get up at the crack of dawn the
next morning, a long dinner might not be the best choice for the
evening.
