hotel reservation software
Can anyone recommend software for making reservations
at a small to mid-sized hotel (~50 guests). The program needs to work on a Windows computer. It doesn't need to work via the web or take reservations directly from customers or even handle payments. All it needs to be able to do is replace the reservation board that is manually maintained. It does need to be cheap as this is for a not-for-profit organization. Thanks, Anoop |

Just fill in the pertintant info under "hotel only". That will begin a search of multiple websites for the lowest price available. Once you have chosen the desired booking, just click on "select" at the right and fill in your info. Its easy. Corey I strongly suspect the OP is owner/manager of a hotel and wishes to replace the current manual system with something on the computer so he/she can keep track of the room occupancy of the hotel. If so try he http://tinyurl.com/kygg4 Gerrit |

I'm not an owner or manager, but I am trying to help a not-for-profit organization find something to manage their accommodations. If so try he http://tinyurl.com/kygg4 Thanks for the pointer. I did look up download.com yesterday and found resigo which seems like a good program. I was hoping to find someone that had experience with one of the free/inexpensive packages that might be able to provide a recommendation. Anoop |

It's a complete online booking / reservation system with availability calendar etc, and it can take reservations directly from customers and handle payments. Cheers Jennifer |
