Default Cayman Restaurants?

Planning a week trip to Grand Cayman. Any restaurant recommendations (don't
miss / don't go)?

Thanks

Although it's a little old/out-of-date now, you might want to check my
trip report at www.hammocktree.us/ms/trips.html (scroll down to the
Grand Cayman report). Probably out most "enjoyable" meal was lunch at
Calypso Grill.. The "Moules and frites" (mussels & french fries) were
excellent! I do mention several other restaurants by name also.

I've been going to Grand Cayman for the last 8 years and would agree that
Calypso Grill is not to be missed. Be sure and get a reservation.

The Lighthouse is another fine choice. Say hi to Capt. G and take a look in
the Board Room.

Finally, if you are on the Northside, go to Portofino.

Remember that gratuity is generally included in the bill.

Have a great trip!
