Well having been to Cambodia many times , I'm wondering what some of
the fellow readers here make of Khmer food?

Nothing to write home about, fairly simple and bland (well except
maybe the fried spiders)

Vietnamese and Thai cuisine is far better, and seem to make up a hefty
chunk of Cambodian cuisine.
