Default traveling to habana as a us citizen

Has any american been to cuba in the last 6 mos. or so?
Any consequences when you returned? Wondering if they stamp your
passport, if you tell imigration you visited or say you didnīt.
If I go iīll be going from mexico and returning to mexico before going
back to the states
