Hong Kong hotel recommendations

Hi all from around the world(!)

Had a very exciting day booking my ticket to Australia and Hong Kong - my
first trip out of Europe, visiting my brother in Australia. We're staying
in Hong Kong for 4 nights, and was wondering if anyone had any hotel
recommendations. Top of the list so far is the Salisbury YMCA
(http://www.ymcahk.org.hk) as I'd really love to treat myself with a
harbour-view. Any recommendations as to places you've all stayed in would
be very gratefully received
