Default So.... if Belgium is boring...

Frequent comments would suggest that Belgium is synonymous with
boredom.

"Belgium is boring" provides nothing much by way of useful information
to explain or support that statement.

So, rather than ask "Why is Belgium so boring" 'll turn the question
'round and ask, what does Belgium have to do /have to be not-so-
boring?

More amusement parks, antique shops, department stores, knik-knat
shops, markets, car-boot sales, farms, historical /educational sites,
(battlefields, castles, ancient ruins etc), museums, architectural
interests, beaches, equestrian facilities, jogging interests, race
tracks, off-road bike, and other vehicle trails, bars, themed bars/
clubs, breweries, beers, chocolates, opera, ballet, musical/ pop
concerts, casinos, comedy clubs, bowling alleys, forests, ... er,
"mountains", ... zoos, famous "streets" arenas, drive-by shootings,
jails, "Wellness" centres, gyms, parks, strip-clubs, fast-food
outlets, lakes, dams, boating, other water-sports facilities, gold
courses, beautiful girls, and more language borders?

Just a few suggestions to get your creative juices flowing.

As my work schedule returns to its usual level, meaning I might not
not able to get back here for a while, (days) I will thank you all in
advance for your contributions.

BTW, I don't work for, or within the tourist industry... I'm just
curious.

I tried one of them.
But they only took my gold, of course.

Try Belgians are boring.

Why?
What do they have to do or not do to be less boring?
Go out more? Take more / less 'foreign' holidays?
Make more movies? Eat more rabbits and less witloof?
Drink less booze?
Be a tad less insular and racist?
Be more politically co-operative.
Send less police raids into church properties?
Get naked more often?
Become boorish?

er.. I see you too have not quite gotten the idea here. It ain't to
say why Belgium is boring (the Belgians, according to Martin), nor is
it to say why Belgium is not boring nor give a list of reasons for
that... it's what do you think Belgium (&/or Belgians if you like)
need to have, or do to shake of the "boring" label

Visit Belgium - while it's still there. It hasn't had a government now
for 6 months and a lot of Belgians want to see the country split up.

Apart from which, I could drive from Cologne to Paris a lot faster if
Belgium weren't in the way..
