Default Is Changi Airport expensive for airlines?

Does anyone have any idea as to how Changi Airport's charges for
airlines, eg landing fees, compares with other airports?

It must be reasonably good value because Qantas is now using it for a lot of
its flights from Australia to Europe - there was a time when the majority
went via Bangkok.

No point paying pirate rate for airports when in/out flights
are always near empty, isn't it?
