Phoenix car rental process
It looks like I can no longer just get my car right at the airport in
Phoenix. Too bad; that was very convenient. How does it work now? Where are the cars located? |

We always wait to get gas until we are near an airport. I didn't see any on the way in so I dropped my family off and went to look for a gas station. I couldn't find one anyplace close and had to do quite a bit of driving around. We had allowed a lot of time so were fine but I'd be careful if we go back. |

we have found that it is just simpler to pay for the gas ahead and bring the
car back empty...a few cents but looking around for a station and not finding one nearby is maddening! -- jtc "Brian" wrote in message ... Hi Further to the above, I have on at least 2 occasions filled the car up no more than a couple of miles from an airport and been charged an extortionate amount for the few millilitres of gas they managed to squeeze into the tank.
