Discover the Secrets of the French Countryside With Viking River
Cruises

Roundtrip Airfare to France From $99 for a Limited Time

LOS ANGELES, May 6
Explore the French countryside and taste the renowned wines of the
Burgundy region while cruising along the Rhone and Saone Rivers aboard
Viking River Cruises Viking Burgundy. For a limited-time only,
round-trip airfare starting at just $99 is available in conjunction
with the purchase of any 7-night French Vineyards & Vistas river
cruise departing this July.

"Viking River Cruises strives to provide travelers with exciting ways
to explore France, whether browsing the boutiques of the famed Champs
Elysees or strolling down the cobblestone streets of Lyon's Old Town
and dining on the unbelievable cuisine," says Jeff Dash, president of
Viking River Cruises. "Now, passengers can experience the best kept
secrets of France at a great price."

The French Vineyards & Vistas itinerary sails through the Burgundy and
Provence regions from Chalon-sur-Saone to Avignon (or reverse). Daily
shore excursions allow passengers to explore wineries of Beaune, and
the world famous cities of Lyon, Vienne, Avignon, and more. Sights
include the Gothic masterpiece Hotel Dieu, Roman ruins in Arles, and
Avignon's opulent Palais des Papes. Passengers can also enjoy an
old-fashioned steam train ride through the rugged mountain scenery of
the Doux River Gorge, France's version of the Grand Canyon.

Viking River Cruises is offering $99 roundtrip airfare to France for
passengers flying from Boston, Newark or New York with the purchase of
their 7-night French Vineyards & Vistas river cruise. Passengers
flying from Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Detroit,
Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, St.
Louis, Tampa or Washington can fly for $199 per person; passengers
flying from Denver, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Phoenix, Portland, Salt
Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco, or Seattle can fly for $299.

This special offer is only available on new booking for any July 2004
sailing date and must be booked prior to May 31, 2004. Departure dates
include July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. Air rates are subject to
availability. Passengers must pay in full within three days of booking
to secure this price. Travelers can obtain this special by referencing
offer code "38Papa."

Viking Burgundy provides outside cabin accommodations for more than
150 people, and each cabin is equipped with a private bathroom and
shower, telephone, TV, and air conditioning. The ship also includes a
restaurant, observation lounge, sun deck, bar, library, shops,
elevator and laundry service.
